The Studio Trainer

The Studio Trainer is run by professional personal trainer and Karate Black Belt, Eliza Richards. She is registered with Fitness Australia and has Certficates III and IV in Fitness, First Aid and Punchfit instruction qualifications.

The studio features state-of-the-art equipment, and offers personal one-on-one or group training sessions either in the Royston Park studio or outside in the beautiful surrounds of the River Torrens.
