Profile
Eliza is passionate about health and fitness. She believes in moving every day, and that every person, no matter their current fitness level, deserves to feel good. Developing a regular fitness program will help achieve that.
Importantly, Eliza truly understands about balance in life. She worked as a diagnostic radiographer and CT operator in the medical industry, before undertaking her biggest challenge… raising triplet daughters and a son. She believes in making time to look after yourself. Developing your strength and fitness is a good way to start, and is a worthwhile investment in yourself.

Profile
Lachlan believes that exercise should be fun. Each session is designed to be unique, and to progress you towards your goals with a focus on good technique and posture. Using his qualifications in Punchfit, suspension training, kettlebells, mobility and fitball training, workouts are varied and cater for any fitness level, whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve flexibility or increase functional strength. Lachlan offers individually focused one-on-one personal training, or you can enjoy working out with a group of 2-6 people.
